As the Communications Team, it's our vision to come alongside our ministry leaders, group leaders, and event coordinators to assist in sharing what God has put on your heart with our church family and community. Allowing us to join your team, helps free up your time so you can focus on your ministry, group and event. To best assist you, we created this form so we can fully understand your needs and create a plan that will be successful.

Once you have the event on the church calendar, you’ll want to start getting the word out to your targeted group, whether it be the church, the community, youth, men, women, etc. God is the one who brings people to our events, but we want to be good stewards of the tools and talent He’s given each of us to reach as many people as possible.

After filling out this form, we can start creating a plan! Please allow us enough time to create graphics, social media post drafts, flyers, emails, etc.

Please check any and all of the platforms you would like to utilize for your promotion. To be most efficient please share as many details as possible about your events, such as dates, frequency, specific verbiage, colors, or anything else that can help us share your vision.

Note: If you have been gifted in digital design, website design, social media presence, or other aspects of promotions and want to create your own media please let us know as we will still need to have a plan that fits with the other groups and events happening at Grace.

**To ensure we have time to do graphics and prepare for everything listed below there is a deadline for all requests. This means we must have all of the information submitted by that date for your request to be done. If you cannot meet the deadline, please check the box and we will accommodate the request if possible! Thank you!**
