Being first-generation Christians my wife and I have been sharing and transparent about what God has done and been doing in our lives so we continue to proclaim the praises of how He delivered us out of the miry clay and into the light. We have been able to join others in true fellowship; so, “if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another…” -1 John 1:7 We have been blessed to have amazing fellowship and to serve alongside so many of you. “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” -Col. 3:23 We look forward to serving you and serving with you for years to come, Lord willing. We will continue to give our bodies as living sacrifices; using the gifts and talents God has given us to build each other up and to help each other grow; continuing to mature in Christ. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” -1Pet 4:10
“My wife Julie and I have been at Grace Community Church since about 2010. Since being at GCC, I have been amazed at how God’s Love has moved His people to help others and love others. Only God moves people in this way. I feel privileged that He has allowed me to be a part of it, such as helping others move, Fun in the Sun, Thanksgiving Baskets, Shoe Boxes for Christmas, 72, VBS, and many, many more outreaches. Helping His people grow with 101, 201, 301, 401, Master Life, and more. God equips all of us in different ways.
