The Men's Ministry strives to equip and encourage men to step courageously into the leadership of their families as they boldly serve in the workplace and church.
Teams Include:
Event (keep an eye out for serving opportunities in events)
Men's Breakfast (donate food for breakfast, set up and take down, speaking)
THE 72 (help people move, help with home and car repairs, and with many other practical needs)
Groups & Studies
From the stay-at-home mom to the single career woman, to the retired grandmother, the Women's Ministry strives to create groups and events to minister to women in every stage of life and help them become teachable, transparent, trustworthy, and transformed.
Teams Include:

Joy Women's Breakfast (bring a breakfast item to share, help with planning, table decorations, set up and take down, speaking)
Groups & Studies
Teens face so many temptations and challenges. It can all seem overwhelming. Those who serve in Youth help 6th-12th graders see God, seek God, and know God. Working with teens takes dedication heart and faithful spirit and loving patience.
Teams Include:
Teaching (high school & middle school)
Teacher's Helper (support the teacher in high school & middle school)
Event Volunteer (help with the event planning & during events)
Meals and Snacks (during events and breakout night provide meals and snacks)
The Children's Ministry mission is to grow hearts to Jesus. It is our job to begin the foundation for our kids to grow their relationships with each other and with Jesus.
Teams Include:
Teaching (Nursery, Preschool & 1st grade-5th grade)
Teacher's Helper (support the teacher and help where needed)
Event Volunteer (help with the event planning & during events)
Check-In (greet parents that are new to the church, check Nursery-5th grade kids, and be an extra hand if needed)
Digital (post to children's Facebook, submit to communication team, newsletter & emails to parents)
Connect Night: Teaching/Helpers (all ages )
There are multiple opportunities during the week along with Sunday mornings where you can serve with the worship team. If you have been gifted with the gift of vocals or instruments we would love for you to join the worship team!

A common comment by new members is an immediate feeling of being right at home. The Greeting Team play a huge role in that! Whether it is helping a new family find their children's classrooms or helping a member sign up for an event, our team believes that making everyone feel welcome goes beyond just a warm smile - it takes genuine love and concern for each person.
Teams Include:
Front & Back Door Greeter (hand out the weekly bulletin, hold the door open and greet)
Sanctuary Greeter (stand by the door to greet, hand bulletin out, close doors when service begins)
Connect Desk (answer questions and distribute information as needed)
Prayer cannot be overestimated. Our Church is a body of believers who depended upon prayer, and are committed to God's sovereignty. Each Sunday, right after service, a team of volunteers are available to pray with people. Every Monday the Prayer Team meets to pray over the Communication Cards and all other prayer requests that are submitted throughout the week.
Teams Include:
Prayer (prayer requests, visits, Lord's Supper)
Care (crisis care, shut-in/quarantined care, leadership care)
We all find ourselves in need of a little help sometimes. CARE stands for Christ's Arms Reaching Everyone and exists to share the good news of Jesus while meeting the immediate physical need of others.
Teams Include:
Meal Train (new baby, quarantined, illness, etc.)
Visitation (hospital & home for illness or to stay connected)
From finances, accounting answering phones, and working with information systems there is a need for your talent!
Teams Include:
Operations (buildings, grounds, and building use)
Office Admin (forms, handouts, graphics, folding Sunday programs, etc.)
Finances & Accounting (Tithe counters, Front Desk Ambassadors)
Database & Information Systems (membership database, metrics, software accounts)
We need tech-savvy team members who enjoy working behind the scenes of worship, Sunday mornings, and for events!
Teams Include:
Tech Booth (Sound Booth and lighting for the sanctuary)
Live Stream & Recording Sharing
Audio, Videos, and Slides (presenting and creating)
Photography (Grace events & baptisms)
In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools for the kingdom of God. This team comes alongside ministry and group leaders to share their vision using the website, apps, social media, and graphic designs for flyers, invites, etc.

Graphic Designs (flyers, invites, website graphics, social media, newsletters)
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & Youtube)
At Grace, we're a family! After the 2nd service, each Sunday morning is a great time to sit, visit and get to know one another better. The Cups of Grace Team plays an important role in this, as they provide refreshments for everyone to enjoy without feeling the need to rush out the door.
Teams Include:
Baking (at home or in a group at the church)
Set Up & Clean Up
Donations (supplies and snacks)
There are several different opportunities to serve as a part of this ministry. Meal cooking teams include grilling at picnics, cooking for the Youth, preparing meals for church members in need, baking for Cups of Grace, and more.

We believe with all our hearts that our building is a blessing from God and we are to use it to bless our community. Taking care of an amazing blessing takes time and heart. Our Custodial Team cleans the building following services, meetings, and events, while also being available for other events such as weddings and funerals.
Teams Include:
Events (funerals, wedding, etc.)
Outdoors (mowing, weeding, snow removal, ice removal)
Indoors (cleaning, trash collecting, etc.)
Keeping our building in tip-top shape takes many hands with many skills.
Teams Include:
Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Drywall, Electrical, Etc.
